Tivoli aims to build strong relationships with our clients; relationships of trust and respect. We believe that the most significant impact will be achieved through genuine relationship and community.

Tivoli seeks to be client-centred; taking our client’s needs, plans and aspirations and abilities into account and tailoring our activities, wherever possible, to suit them.

Tivoli also seeks to be restorative; We aim to rebuild relationship and communication where they break down and we help our clients to rebuild relationships with their communities. When issues arise, we seek to deal with these in a restorative (rather than punitive) manner.

We aim to provide a holistic service, recognising that our clients have needs and talents that go beyond the scope of a standard education. We seek a safe environment for clients to examine and develop in all areas of their life.
